A vacancy has arisen for a Stock Control and Systems Team Leader.
Location: Felixstowe
Working Arrangements: 08:00am to 16:30pm, Monday to Friday.
The five main things our Stock Control and Systems Team Leaderwill be working on are:
- Leading, coaching and development of the Stock Control Team to ensure set targets are achieved.
- Create and maintain accurate documented Stock records and processes.
- Control and maintain all IT related equipment for the site.
- Facilitate communications between Stock Control and the Operation as well as the IT needs of the site with the IT department.
- Liaising directly with multiple customers regarding stock discrepancies, day to day concerns and ensuring pick, cycle count and stock accuracy data is communicated accurately.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has excellent Excel knowledge for Warehouse Management System extraction/report reconfiguration.
- Preferably has previous Stock Control/Warehouse Management System experience/knowledge.
- Can organise and mentor a team to ensure monthly KPI’s are achieved.
- Communicates efficiently.
- Prioritises attention to detail.
