A vacancy has arisen for a highly organised, self-driven and proactive Project Manager at PD Ports within the Project Management Office team.

Hybrid working available. Working Arrangements: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

The five main things our Project Manager will be working on are:

  • Delivering projects end‑to‑end, ensuring agreed time, cost, scope, and quality are met using the right methodologies.
  • Managing risks, issues, and dependencies, applying strong governance, change control, and escalating when necessary.
  • Planning and resourcing effectively, tracking progress, managing milestones, and taking corrective action when required.
  • Providing effective leadership, while influencing stakeholders and sponsors to maintain engagement and support.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting and communication, managing suppliers, and contributing to continuous improvement.

We are seeking someone who has:

  • A solid understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycles.
  • Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams throughout periods of change.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, conflict management, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience and a successful track record in a Project Management role.
