A vacancy has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our Bulks Operations Management Team across Tees and Hartlepool. The successful candidate must possess a full driving licence as travel between both Bulks Operational sites is a requirement of the role.
Location: Tees and Hartlepool Bulks Department.
Working Arrangements: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
The five main things our Compliance Coordinator will be working on are:
- Coordinating compliance-related activities in alignment with existing Group policies, procedures and local site requirements while integrating industry best practices.
- Coordination of the Bulks Operational Reporting processes, in liaison with the Bulks Operations Management team.
- Management and updating of compliance related operational documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Assist in internal audits covering compliance and site-specific standards (ISO or other applicable frameworks), supporting operational teams in preparing for external audits/visits and active participation in audits related to compliance aspects within the Bulks Department.
- Assist in driving matters pertaining to areas where Compliance is required within the Bulks Department and ensure that all record keeping and outstanding action points are managed and delivered within the required timescales.
We are seeking someone who:
- Possesses a high level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and analytical skills) as well as excellent communication skills.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and experience in the creation and delivery of presentations.
- Has a proactive approach to all areas of Compliance, is self-motivating and has strong organizational skills.
- CIWM/WAMITAB Level 4 certificate (for the right candidate training will be given).
