A vacancy has arisen for a methodical and process driven Administratorat PD Ports within the Talent & Capability team for a fixed term period of 6 months.
Location: Teesport, Middlesbrough.
Working Arrangements: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This role will work closely with our existing Talent & Capability Coordinator as we carry out a skills audit and prepare to move to our new Learning Management System.
The main things our Administratorwill be working on are:
- Reviewing our electronic and paper-based records.
- Systematically creating a log of these records.
- Providing general administrative support such as raising purchase orders, making room bookings and other admin tasks.
- Monitoring and distributing emails from our shared inbox.
Preparing training records ready for archive.
We are seeking someone who:
- Is not put off by repetition.
- Is methodical, has good attention to detail and can follow a process.
- Is not afraid to ask questions.
- Is able to use Outlook and MS Excel.
