A vacancy has arisen for six full-time Dock Operativesat PD Ports primarily working within the Rail & Landside team as a Shunter Driver, but there may be a requirement to work in all Teesport and Hartlepool locations.
Working Arrangements:
Full-time permanent roles available across a variety of shift patterns (4 shift on 4 shifts off)
The five main things our Dock Operative will be working on are:
- Working safely and complying with the PD Ports Health and Safety policies.
- Complying with all legal requirements of the role.
- Continuously demonstrating high driving standards.
- Working effectively as part of a team.
- Providing an excellent customer service.

We are seeking someone who:
- Has a proven track record of working safely, in line with company training and policy.
- Is proactive by nature, with a positive attitude.
- Can communicate effectively within a team and work towards a shared goal.
- Has previous experience in a similar role, if not training will be arranged.
