As a UI/UX Designer, you will shape intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across a growing portfolio of digital products. You will collaborate with product management and engineering teams, define interface requirements, lead design projects, and provide creative direction. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, interpreting data, translating insights into design solutions, and establishing design best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop front‐end web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for desktop and mobile.
  • Build web frameworks that interface with back‐end .NET services.
  • Write unit test cases and participate in code reviews.
  • Conduct research on UX solutions and communicate findings to teams.
  • Meet with project stakeholders to understand audience needs.
  • Design end‐to‐end interface flows for new web‐based or desktop applications.
  • Analyse existing interfaces and suggest improvements.
  • Define and implement innovative visual and experiential solutions.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate design recommendations.
  • Deliver engaging UI for smart & voice service solutions.
  • Participate in peer reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

  • Strong UX & UI web design skills.
  • Front‐end development experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
  • Graphic design for digital and print media.
  • UX focus: optimise navigation and layouts for an intuitive experience.
  • UAT of UX designs with end clients.
  • SharePoint/SharePoint Online, Photoshop, CMS front‐end design.
  • Silverlight, Flash, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
  • Angular, JavaScript development for touch devices and tablets.
