Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst with at least 4 years of experience in marketing data analysis, including 2 years building Marketing Mix Models (MMM's) using regression analysis, Python/R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Looker/Tableau. Experience in the media subscription sector (e.g., VoD/AVOD streaming services) or consultancies providing MMM is a plus.

The team focuses on programming strategy, marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships, research, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and implement MMM's, experimentation, and geo-testing to measure marketing impact.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Research teams to identify measurement opportunities and build measurement roadmaps.
- Partner with global Analytics teams on model alignment and methodology development.
- Provide strategic recommendations for media mix optimization to guide future campaigns.
- Coordinate with media owners and review media plans.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years in marketing data analysis, with 2 years building MMM's.
- Experience with regression analysis, Python/R, SQL, and visualization tools.
- Experience in the media subscription sector or MMM consultancy experience is advantageous.
- Proven ability to build multiple MMM's, conduct A/B tests, and apply statistical modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R.
- Strong SQL skills, familiar with data warehousing (Snowflake, Databricks).
- Ability to translate technical results into clear presentations and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engaging with senior stakeholders.
