Recruitment Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in contract recruitment to take ownership of our operational processes, compliance, onboarding and systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how a business operates. You will combine day-to-day operational management with process improvement, systems ownership and business support, helping PCR scale efficiently as we grow.

You will be responsible for:

• Contractor onboarding, compliance and operational delivery
• Reviewing and negotiating commercial contract terms
• Preparing statement of works for client engagements
• Timesheet, invoicing and contractor administration processes
• CRM ownership and system improvement projects
• Automation and process optimisation initiatives
• Supplier relationships, including technology, marketing and service partners
• HR administration and business support activities
• Maintaining accurate operational controls and documentation
• Supporting PCR's B Corp commitments to ensure responsible business practices.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Operations experience within a contract recruitment agency
• Strong understanding of contractor compliance, umbrella companies and IR35
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience improving processes and implementing change
• Confidence working with CRM systems and technology platforms
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to balance detailed administration with strategic thinking
