Daily Rate: £220 PAYE / £298.61 Umbrella
PCR Digital is partnering with a leading global entertainment organisation to hire an Ad Pub Localisation & Operations Specialist to support the creation and distribution of localised marketing assets across EMEA. This role focuses on managing the delivery of dubbed and subtitled trailers, publicity and promotional content for major theatrical and digital campaigns, ensuring high quality, secure workflows, and on-time delivery across multiple territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate localisation workflows across internal teams, vendors, dubbing studios and regional offices
- Manage schedules, deadlines, debut timings and delivery requirements for EMEA markets
- Oversee purchase orders and tracking of localisation assets
- Quality check and approve original and localised marketing materials
- Maintain detailed reporting and asset tracking tools
- Support process improvements and new system integrations
- Create deliverables in-house when required using tools such as Final Cut Pro / Pro Tools
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in localisation operations or marketing content servicing in the broadcast media sector
- Similar role in Localisation in TV Film Ad Promo Content Operations
- Strong understanding of media supply chains and post-production workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced campaign environments
- Experience with content management platforms and digital distribution tools
