Contract Length: 13 Weeks (w/ Potential Extension)

Location: London / Hybrid (x2 Days Onsite PW)

Umbrella Rate: Β£350 - Β£450 Per Day (Inside IR35)

Our client is a leading UK consumer digital business, seeking a hands-on Campaign Operations Specialist to join their digital marketing team and take responsibility for executing, optimising, and analysing multi-channel CRM campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging, utilising Braze to turn creative ideas into personalised customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and optimise campaigns in Braze.
  • Personalise content using Liquid scripting for dynamic campaigns.
  • Design automated workflows and customer journeys based on behaviour and segmentation.
  • Conduct A/B tests, track campaign performance, and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution and compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 2-4 years' experience in CRM campaign management or digital marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of Liquid scripting (preferred) and campaign automation.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Desirable
  • Experience in telecom or digital services.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance.
