We are recruiting multiple Braze-certified Platform Administrators / Campaign Builders for a leading, mass-media and telecommunications company.
You will configure, maintain, and optimise the Braze Customer Engagement Platform, working within cross-functional squads to build campaign journeys. This is a technical, hands-on role focused on turning marketing strategy into high-quality Braze builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Braze settings, integrations, APIs, SDKs
- Manage user roles, permissions, and workspaces
- Support marketing teams with journey planning and campaign execution
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance
- Troubleshoot issues and optimise workflows
- Build campaigns using Braze catalogues and follow briefs from planning teams
Required Skills
- Full Braze certification
- Strong experience building campaigns in Braze
- Technical knowledge of integrations (APIs/SDKs)
- Background in CRM and/or digital marketing
- Understanding of campaign creation processes
Desirable
- SQL skills
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of data privacy regulations
