As a Branch Assistant, youll be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, handling everything from customer service to product inspections and equipment deliveries. You’ll be involved in all aspects of branch operations, including assisting with orders, returns, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service. Ensure the branch is always well-presented and organized. Safely store and maintain equipment to ensure easy access. Load and unload vehicles in line with company procedures. Perform daily compliance and health & safety checks. Assist with stocktakes when required. Cover equipment deliveries and collections as necessary to meet business demands.
