We are currently looking for a General Workshop Labourer to join our team. This is a hands‑on role with varied duties and a great opportunity to develop new skills and progress within the company. PCL are a well‑established powder coating company based in Bridgwater, specialising in high‑quality industrial paint finishes for fabricated and manufactured metal products.

Location: Bridgwater (just off Dunball Roundabout)

Pay: From £13 per hour (negotiable depending on experience and skillset).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing metal items prior to painting
  • Lifting and manoeuvring products within the workshop
  • Packing finished, painted items for dispatch
  • Assisting with general workshop duties as required
  • Carrying out local pick‑ups and deliveries

There is a clear pathway to progress into a Powder Coating Operative role, including:

Requirements:
