Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine laboratory procedures right the first time with minimal out‑of‑specification (OOS) results.
  • Plan and prioritise own day‑to‑day workload in line with client requirements and adapt where necessary.
  • Ensure all work complies with departmental procedures and is cGMP compliant.
  • Maintain personal lead times in the absence of attenuating circumstances.
  • Assist in the performance of project work within the team, as required.
  • Communicate effectively with others on site and assist with departmental problem solving.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures with respect to personal duties and the duties of others.
  • Undertake other laboratory and business‑related tasks, including ad‑hoc projects, as needed to meet department and business requirements.

Regulatory/Industry Responsibilities

  • Adhere to PCI SOPs, Health & Safety, GMP and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain awareness of GMP Requirements Hierarchy; GMP Skill Level 1 is desirable for this role.

Qualifications

  • A degree in a scientific subject (preferably Chemistry).
