The Graphic & Content Designer will play a pivotal role in elevating how PCI Pal shows up across the market – supporting brand growth, pipeline initiatives, and product storytelling through high-impact, on-brand creative. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality design and visual content across events, campaigns, social media, partner initiatives, and internal communications, ensuring PCI Pal’s creative output is consistent, compelling, and executed at pace. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of design craft, executional excellence, and the ability to work cross-functionally to turn ideas into standout creative that drives business impact. This role will report to the VP Marketing.

Job requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, content design, or a related creative role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • A qualification or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showing design across events, social, campaigns, and B2B marketing collateral.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma and strong layout skills for digital and print-ready output.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, respond quickly to changing priorities, and manage various tasks at once.
  • Motion graphic and video experience is a plus.
  • Create and deliver high-impact visual design assets across multiple teams, ensuring fast, consistent turnaround without compromising quality or brand standards.
  • Design creative for event presence and field marketing, including booth graphics, banners, signage, one-pagers, handouts, and supporting collateral.
  • Produce digital assets for social media, campaigns, web, and partner marketing, adapting formats and layouts to fit channel requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reusable templates and creative toolkits (e.g., presentations, socials, event collateral) to improve scalability and consistency across the organisation.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals (including diagrams, feature explainers, and storytelling assets).
  • Support brand consistency by applying and evolving visual guidelines, ensuring design output aligns to PCI Pal’s tone, identity, and positioning.
