Responsibilities
- Leadership: organise and chair design/project meetings.
- Understand client drivers and align the PCE team to their expectations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, project and design teams.
- Communicate objectives clearly across the PCE team.
- Hold Stage 3 review meetings and weekly design/project progress meetings.
- Support commercial teams with scope control and change management.
- Share best practice across the business and support early tender activities.
- Stage 3 Control – Design
- Manage design change, scope drift, variations and compliance with deliverables.
- Oversee creation of all Stage 3 models, drawings, calculations and schedules.
- Manage digital design systems and design information control.
- Lead BIM deliverables, ensuring full compliance with Client BEPs.
- Manage IRS schedules, close out RFIs and monitor programme/cost impacts.
- Oversee CDM and H.
