We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Structural Technician to work as part of our Design team. The Structural Technician will be responsible for creating 3D models and 2D drawings in the desired software. Models and drawings are to be produced in conjunction with the PCE quotation, scope and deliverables, and also in line with our clients’ requirements. The Structural Technician must work in accordance with project programmes and budget, whilst updating senior technicians of progress on a daily/weekly basis. Structural Technicians are expected to be point of contact with client team such as Architects and Design Managers for technical aspects pertaining to their work. All design work carried out must be done in line with company procedures and delivered on digital platforms.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Design
  • Create efficient and accurate 3D models in chosen software (currently Revit), in conjunction with project specific requirements as well as our clients design intent.
  • Create 2D drawings.
