PCCW Global is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to provide corporate secretarial support across our entities in the UK, EMEA and the Americas.

As an international division of HKT (SEHK: 6823), Hong Kong’s premier telecommunications provider, PCCW Global operates a diverse global business footprint spanning Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.

Global legal team plays a key role in ensuring strong governance and compliance across all regions.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic international legal & corporate secretarial function and will report directly to the Chief Legal Counsel based in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain corporate records and statutory registers for Group entities in the UK, EMEA and the Americas.
  • Prepare and file statutory forms, annual returns, annual audits, confirmation statements and other required corporate filings with authorities such as Companies House and local registries.
  • Assist with drafting and organising board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, notices and other governance documents.
  • Support the incorporation, dissolution and restructuring of overseas entities.
  • Track regulatory updates and filing deadlines to ensure ongoing compliance with local corporate governance requirements.
  • Work with and manage external corporate secretarial agents, external law firms, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate document execution processes, including signature packages, powers of attorney, notarisation and apostille arrangements.
  • Maintain internal entity management systems, databases and corporate document repositories.
  • Support KYC/AML information requests from banks, customers and business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Legal, Finance, Tax, HR and other teams on corporate matters.
  • Provide general administrative and organisational support to lawyers on corporate and commercial matters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Law, Corporate Governance, Business Administration, or related discipline, with at least 5-8 years of experience in corporate secretarial, governance or legal administration work (experience with UK/EU entities is a strong advantage).
  • Familiarity with Companies House filings and EU corporate governance frameworks preferred.
  • Experience working with external corporate service providers is beneficial.
  • Good understanding of basic corporate law concepts and entity management principles.
  • Good written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills; experience with entity management systems is a plus.
