Serving the community since 1978 PCCoaches of Lincoln is now Lincolnshire & Humberside’s largest independently owned bus & coach operator with depots at Lincoln, Louth, Horncastle & Grimsby and operating a modern and well maintained fleet of 125 vehicles.
Our drivers provide safe and reliable passenger journeys across the whole of Lincolnshire with our modern fleet of executive coaches covering the length & breadth of the UK and Europe.
We are looking to recruit an additional qualified PCV driver at our Caistor Operating Centre. This can be either a Part‑Time or Full‑Time position working shifts Monday to Saturday to predominantly be part of our Call Connect Demand Responsive Driving Team; however extra hours and days are available should you wish, which are paid on top of the basic salary.

Responsibilities
- Carry out a daily safety check on your allocated vehicle and report any defects in line with the company procedure.
- Check passes, take fares and issue tickets where applicable.
- Drive the route as specified on your duty sheet / work ticket, adhering to all timing points and communicating any delays or incidents to the Traffic Office.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues.
- Adhere to traffic laws and driver hours regulations.
- Comply with Health and Safety requirements at all times.
- Complete an end‑of‑duty check for lost property and report any vehicle damage or defects.
- Keep your allocated vehicle clean, tidy and refueled each day.
Qualifications
- Hold a full UK driving licence with a minimum entitlement of D1 (preferably D).
- Hold a Driver Qualification Card (DQC) with ongoing CPC training provided by the company.
- Have or be able to obtain a Lincolnshire County Council DBS driver badge.
- Be reliable and have a “can do” attitude.
- Live within a reasonable commuting distance within the Caistor, Grimsby & Louth area.
- Have a good command of the English language.
