PCAS Kent provides support to people who are neurodivergent, have learning differences, or mental health needs across Kent. We operate over 40 supported living services and provide outreach support in people's own homes. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation in relation to all vacancies. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an effective and inclusive recruitment process by attracting candidates, evaluating CVs/application forms, scheduling and conducting interviews, co-ordinating the internal volunteering programme, undertaking localised interview days, managing the recruitment paperwork and conducting pre-employment checks, working in collaboration with managers and the people we support to recruit effectively, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to offer of employment.

Responsibilities:- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment activities across the organisation in relation to all vacancies.
- Co-ordinate the internal volunteering programme and undertake localised interview days.
- Work closely with hiring managers and other key individuals to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.
- Create and post job adverts on recruitment websites, social media platforms and community boards.
- Consult and engage with hiring managers on interviewing and selection techniques.
- Coordinate shortlisting and interview set-up, including finalising the schedule, calling candidates, sending invites and liaising with managers.
- Ensure all job adverts and descriptions are advertised in a timely manner and are up to date.
- Promote best practice throughout the recruitment process to optimise the candidate journey.
- Manage the Recruitment mailbox ensuring candidates' queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the entry, maintenance and integrity of application information.
- Ensure all relevant legally required and organisational checks are carried out prior to employment of applicant.
- Record all recruitment paperwork, candidate information, interview and assessment questions, panel notes etc.
- Research new sources for attracting active and passive candidates.
- Develop strong working relationships with key departments across PCAS.
- Participate in recruitment fairs and career events as required.
- Use social media to its full potential as a resourcing medium.
- Contribute to the development and successful delivery of ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent and effective implementation of PCAS's Equality and Diversity policy and procedures.
- Positively promote an environment within the Group which respects and values the diversity of both staff and service users.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within an in-house recruitment function.
- Experience in managing recruitment campaigns from planning to onboarding.
- Strong recruitment/HR administration experience with sound knowledge of end to end recruitment.
- Ability to utilise CV databases, job boards, social media channels including LinkedIn.
- Experience of delivering recruitment support to hiring managers at coordinator level.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Driver with access to a car is essential.
