Vehicle Technician

An excellent opportunity has become available for a motivated Vehicle Technician to join our award-winning service team at PC Tonkin & Son.

As a PC Tonkin & Son Technician, you will join our team of talented vehicle technicians and be responsible for the maintenance and repair work of motor vehicles for our retail customers, fleet customers and sister recovery company. You will take care of vehicle servicing, plus fixing minor and major mechanical faults and minor electrical faults on all makes and models of car/van, working on vehicles up to 7.5T. You will also ensure that you deliver an outstanding customer experience. Diagnostic skills and experience in problem solving are not essential but are desirable.

In order to be successful, you must possess the following:

– A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3

– Current experience as a Vehicle Technician

– Own Set of Tools

– Full UK Driving Licence

– Monday-Friday position

Pay: £35,360.00-£46,800.00 per year
