We're looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team and take day-to-day responsibility for delivering our marketing strategy across the UK and Europe.
PCSpecialist designs and builds custom, high-performance PCs and laptops. This is a newly created role leading the whole marketing function, from paid and organic channels through to PR, events and partnerships, with real scope to shape how marketing operates as we expand across Europe.
Requirements
- Help shape, then oversee delivery of, the marketing strategy across the UK and Europe, spanning all channels and across D2C, B2B and retail.
- Lead European marketing activity, adapting campaigns market by market to align with local sales priorities and trading periods.
- Lead and develop the marketing team including direction, mentoring, regular 1:1s and KPI/objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, balancing brand-building and performance campaigns to maximise brand growth and ROI.
- Expand our SEO and organic/content capability.
- Direct our approach to vendor hardware launches (e.g. NVIDIA, AMD, Intel), ensuring campaigns and co-marketing activity are well executed by the team.
- Drive B2B lead generation with the sales team, targeting procurement, corporate IT, education and reseller audiences.
- Analyse campaign and channel performance, using data and insight to improve future activity and decision-making.
- Work with the retail team to plan and deliver marketing at key retail partners.
- Present performance reports and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Language Skills
We're looking for someone who combines strong people leadership with a genuine commercial focus. You'll have:
- 7+ years' marketing experience, including 3+ in a senior role within ecommerce, D2C, retail or technology.
- Experience leading and developing a multi-disciplinary marketing team.
- Experience owning a significant marketing budget, balancing brand-building with performance activity and accountable for ROI.
- Hands-on SEO/organic growth experience, and a data-driven approach to optimisation.
