What can you expect: As a Lift Engineer Apprentice you will combine hands‑on experience with classroom learning to achieve an NVQ Level 3 qualification. You will be fully supported by OTIS and our apprenticeship provider.

Responsibilities: You will install new equipment and manage the installation process from start to finish, working on construction sites throughout the year and moving between locations as projects progress.

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/Grade 4 or above, including Maths, English, and a STEM subject
  • Minimum age of 18, a valid driving licence, and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to complete all required training throughout the apprenticeship
  • Own a laptop

Salary:

  • Year 1: £16,416
  • Year 2: £21,888
  • Year 3: £30,096
