What can you expect? At OTIS, we offer one of the most comprehensive apprenticeship schemes in the lift industry. As a Lift Engineer Apprentice, you will combine hands‑on experience with classroom learning to achieve an NVQ Level 3 qualification essential for a career as a Lift and Escalator Engineer. Your training will be fully supported by OTIS and our trusted apprenticeship provider. Once qualified as a New Equipment Lift Engineer, you will install brand‑new equipment and manage the installation process from start to finish, working on construction sites throughout the year.
Who are we looking for?
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/Grade 4 or above, including Maths, English, and a STEM subject
- Minimum age of 18, a valid driving license, and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to attend and complete all required training throughout the apprenticeship
- Own laptop required
