As a Lift Tester, you will be responsible for the delivery and completion of lifts across our major projects portfolio. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely installing a portfolio of lifts/elevators and escalator units across the London area.

On a Typical Day:

  • Test, troubleshoot and resolve challenges on elevators with quality and efficiency.
  • Work in a safe manner in accordance with all Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
  • Conduct inspection before and after installation to ensure high quality and safety standards.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Qualified Tester with knowledge of elevator/lift equipment and the ability to apply elevator engineering principles to installation.
  • Proficient in testing, fault finding and resolving challenges and wiring of third‑party equipment in elevators to the standards set in your country.
  • Driver's licence.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Comfortable with plan reading and calculations.
  • Appetite for technical products and new technologies.
  • Appreciation for manual trades and satisfaction of seeing finished work.
