Role Overview

Otis is growing and we are recruiting to cover London Territory. The main goal is growing the renovation business and securing a second service life for customers and Otis.

On a Typical Day You Will:

  • Engage in conversation with customers to create awareness and need for renovation.
  • Present the right OTIS solutions to customers and identify customer‑specific solutions.
  • Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard OTIS product in the full and partial range of renovation products.
  • Close deals independently.
  • Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log.
  • Plan and forecast orders on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with sales support and delivery team.
  • Work in cross‑functional teams for complex bids/RFQs.
  • Role‑model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team.
  • Focus on targeting growth from both on‑ and off‑portfolio customers.
