Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of esports tournaments for shooting game products.
  • Designing online and offline tournament operation plans based on product highlights, features, and release timelines.
  • Building the official and third-party tournament ecosystem from the ground up and ensuring effective implementation.
  • Develop and manage tournament partnership ecosystems, create diverse tournament content gameplay and third-party platform events to amplify game visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee tournament ecosystem operations, including scouting and maintaining relationships with professional players in official tournaments.
  • Executing incentive and operational policies, supporting high-quality tournament content, nurturing potential KOLs, and managing hot-topic activations at key milestones.
  • Integrate tournament planning, marketing strategies, and ecosystem operations, coordinating resources to achieve KPIs.
  • Continuously track and analyze tournament data, user feedback, and market dynamics to iterate and optimize strategies for maximum project impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in esports tournament operations.
  • Prior experience in esports operation or successful execution of esports events is preferred; experience with shooting game tournaments is a plus.
  • Familiar with one or multiple mainstream esports event systems in the market, and well-acquainted with the ecosystem and operational strategies of community tournaments and self-organized competitions.
  • In-depth understanding of competitive gaming communities, ecosystems, tournament structures, and player dynamics.
  • Proficient in English, able to use it as a working language.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is preferred for this position, as daily communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and team members based in China are essential to the responsibilities of the position.
