Responsibilities- Balance the economy of features, payouts, prizes and currencies in the game.
- Define and lead monetization strategies across all of our games, balancing revenue growth with long-term player engagement.
- Own the design, implementation, and analysis of in-game monetization, including pricing, offers, rewards, sinks/sources, and LiveOps.
- Partner with our product team, data, and UI/UX designers to shape monetization initiatives that feel great and convert well.
- Deep dive into data to identify monetization opportunities, segment player behaviors, and optimize offers and events.
- Develop A/B tests to experiment with bundles, pricing models, and promotions.
- Support the planning and execution of monetization-driven LiveOps and VIP events.
- Stay on top of Skill-Based gaming industry trends and competitor tactics to keep our games innovative and competitive.
- 5+ years of experience in game economy design, in mobile free-to-play or real-money gaming.
- Strong grasp of monetization mechanics and user psychology.
- Deep familiarity with in-game purchasing behaviors and player segmentation strategies.
- Data-savvy: strong Excel/Sheets skills, preferably SQL autonomous as well.
- Experience working with BI dashboards (Looker/Tableau/Quicksight or similar).
- Proven ability to turn insights into action and drive measurable revenue growth.
- Great communicator - able to present complex ideas simply and collaborate across disciplines.
- Passion for games and an understanding of how players interact with monetization systems.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- BA/B.Sc. in Economy/Mathematics or another quantitative field.
