RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As Mobile Game Designer, you’ll shape and drive the gameplay details and development process for Calmlings, a groundbreaking mobile game blending mental health with character-driven gameplay.
  • Design Engaging Gameplay: Imagine, prototype, and refine magical game mechanics and player experiences that captivate and delight.
  • Create Compelling Game Loops: Build core loops, reward systems, and progression paths that drive long-term player engagement.
  • Lead Product Vision: Help build the creative direction for Calmlings, transforming bold ideas into playable, shippable gameplay.
  • Data-Informed Design: Use playtesting, analytics, and player insights to fine-tune experiences and balance gameplay.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineers, artists, and producers to bring ideas from concept to launch.
