Stainless Games are looking for a skilled and versatile 3D generalist artist to join our experienced team, creating compelling game visuals, assets and interfaces. Successful candidates would be working on high profile projects across multiple platforms.
Role
- Broad skill set allows the artist to create in‑game environments and props for projects covering a number of genres and styles.
- Create high‑quality 3D game assets with an ability to support 2D asset creation if required.
- Work within small multi‑disciplinary teams across a number of platforms.
- Work closely with your lead artist to help add definition to look‑and‑feel styles for projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience in 3D game asset creation.
- Strong skills in standard industry 3D packages such as Blender and 3DS Max.
- Knowledge of Unity and Unreal.
- Passionate about art for games across a variety of styles.
- Good skills in Substance Painter.
- Good eye for composition.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and organised.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Proven track record creating assets for a good variety of game genres.
- Able to help out on basic animation support for some games.
- Created assets across a number of platforms from mobile to VR.
- Interest in vehicles, both real and concept.
- Good knowledge of board games and CCGs.
