This position blends digital and physical operations—ensuring seamless online listings and customer fulfilment, while maintaining robust inventory control and sustainability practices. Key responsibilities:
- eCommerce Posting & Fulfilment: Manage and maintain accurate and optimized product listings across platforms. Work with the marketing team to improve product SEO, descriptions, and visuals. Coordinate order fulfilment from warehouse to the customer. Track and analyze online sales and posting effectiveness. Implement automation (abandoned cart recovery, re-engagement funnels).
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound processing, labelling, and SKU management. Work closely with technical teams to support refurbishment and upcycling workflows. Enforce ISO 27001 and 9001 inventory management procedures. Ensure proper disposal and recycling of unsellable or returned goods.
- Logistics & BuyBack Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners for import/export, delivery schedules, and fulfilment tracking. Manage and respond to trade-in/BuyBack inquiries via SellUp and quote.myhalo.com.sg. Conduct regular audits on turnaround time, billing accuracy, and buyback pipeline. Collaborate with finance and vendor teams on reporting and compliance.
- Sustainability Integration: Champion sustainability initiatives across warehouse operations. Track and report quantity and weight of recycled/upcycled items. Identify opportunities to reduce operational carbon footprint.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Fresh grads are welcome. Candidates with experience in eCommerce, logistics, or operations roles will have an advantage.
- Understand ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Strong in Google Sheets/Docs; able to present operational or sales data clearly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
- Passion for sustainability and circular economy concepts.
