Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role which will be based in Coulsdon for a Small Works Project Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing small-scale refurbishment and reactive works. Key responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources and budgets, expediting materials, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards and deadlines. The role also involves conducting inspections, overseeing logistics, and managing communication with team members and clients to guarantee successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Competency in Project Management, with experience in planning, executing, and overseeing projects
• Skills in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules
• Proficiency in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage resources and collaborate with team members and clients
• Practical knowledge of refurbishment or construction projects; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Coulsdon and manage tasks across multiple locations
• Relevant qualifications in Construction, Project Management, or a related field are preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
