Hourly Rate: £13.00 and £80.00 per natural night.

About the role

We are looking for experienced support workers with a background in working with people who have a Learning Disability, Autism, or experience in supporting people with behaviours that challenge. The person you will be supporting is Harry, who has a diagnosis of Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Catatonia. Harry really enjoys listening to music, especially Queen, as well as watching TV with his team members. His favourite programmes are Dr Who and Star Trek. Harry’s family and friends are very important to him, and he enjoys connecting with them daily on his mobile phone. He also enjoys playing games and likes to be alone during this time. Harry is looking for team members who are fun and positive in nature to support and encourage him to be independent and maintain his daily routine.

PBS4 is a values led social care organisation, providing Neurodisability Services to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or behaviours that may challenge. We support people living in their own homes, with their own tenancies, and we utilise Positive Behaviour Support as the framework for the support we provide.
