PBS4 is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Enablement Practitioner) in Hamworthy, Poole, Dorset to support Alex, a 22-year-old with autism and learning disabilities. The role is permanent, 15 hours plus a sleep-in every other week, and requires a driver with a full UK license.
You must also be a swimmer and have experience supporting people with autism. Compassionate, proactive team members will provide person-centred care, set clear boundaries, and help Alex achieve a happy and active life.
