Location: Lymington

Hours per week: 36 hours per week (30 hours on shift and 6 hours of off rota admin per week)

Salary: £15.60 per hour and sleep‑ins paid @ £60 per sleep

Employment type: Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, resilient, and highly experienced Deputy Enablement Manager to join our team in Lymington. The Deputy Enablement Manager will:

  • Work on rota directly supporting the people we support as well as provide coaching and mentoring to our teams of Enablement Assistants.
  • Work across all shift patterns including days, nights, evenings, weekends, sleep‑ins and being on‑call.
  • Work off rota ensuring our quality assurance processes are met, and upskilling the teams, completing supervisions, probations and appraisals, debriefs and welfare checks, delivering training, reviewing paperwork, supporting with transitions, providing a buddy system to other management teams, and generally supporting the Manager to effectively manage the teams in that geographical area.

This split of time is flexible and will be dependent on the needs of the people we support.

We support people living in their own homes, with their own tenancies, and we utilise Positive Behaviour Support as the framework for the support we provide.
