FARM WORKER – BREEDER POULTRY FARM Carnforth

PB Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Farm Assistant (Breeder Farm) to cover our client farm in Ingleton Area.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Salary: £12.00 per hour for working 40 hours a week. £18.00 (Overtime rate). Paid after 40 hours worked per week.

Candidate will be contracted for 40 hours a week, 5 days work in 7 days with the addition of a 6th day as and when required.

Basic job description:

  • Egg collecting including nest and floor eggs
  • Grading
  • Sanitizing
  • Site preparation and reassembly
  • Unloading birds
  • Taking bloods
  • General housekeeping – grass cutting, weeding, cleaning, and sweeping up.
  • Bird weighing

Applicants with or without working-related experiences are more than welcome to apply.

Successful candidates will start right away, working with the agency for a maximum of 12 weeks under a weekly pay scheme.
