Our clients residential property team is expanding and seeking experienced conveyancers who are motivated not merely by role security, but by professional contribution and progression. The culture is collaborative, ambitious, and supportive, with a strong emphasis on:

This is an end-to-end residential conveyancing position with hands-on responsibility from day one. Our client will also look at conveyancers at all levels; senior conveyancers can be fully remote.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Conduct new build and shared ownership transactions
- Manage remortgages and transfers of equity
- Exchange contracts and complete transactions
- Deal with requisitions and post-completion formalities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Communicate daily with clients via phone, email, and in person
- Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and estate agents
- Build and maintain relationships with referrers and branch teams
- Provide clear progress updates to clients
Technical & Compliance Responsibilities
- Title checking and reporting
- Raising and resolving enquiries
- Reviewing mortgage offers and searches
- Maintaining case management systems
- Ensuring AML, data protection, and regulatory compliance
- Completing Due Diligence and Risk Assessments in accordance with firm policy
- Mentor and support junior colleagues
- Contribute to team development and management initiatives
