About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Planning Solicitor to join our client’s dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on complex planning and development matters, supporting clients through intricate regulatory landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on planning applications, enforcement issues, and development proposals
- Prepare and review legal documentation related to planning permissions
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
- Draft and negotiate planning agreements and Section 106 documentation

- Represent clients at planning hearings and local authority consultations

Required Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with current practicing certificate
- Strong understanding of UK planning law and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in Law or equivalent professional qualification

- Experience in residential or commercial development planning
- Knowledge of environmental and infrastructure planning
