A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing team. The firm advises a broad range of clients including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, property companies and high-net-worth individuals on a variety of contentious matters. Due to continued growth, the team is open to considering candidates across a range of PQE levels.
The role will involve handling a broad caseload including:
- Commercial disputes
- Contract disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Property litigation matters
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- General civil litigation
The successful candidate will have:
- England & Wales qualification
- Experience within a recognised dispute resolution/litigation team
