The Role
This is an end-to-end residential conveyancing position with hands-on responsibility from day one. Our client will also look at conveyancers at all levels, senior conveyancers can be fully remote.
Core Responsibilities
You will:
- Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Conduct new build and shared ownership transactions
- Manage remortgages and transfers of equity
- Exchange contracts and complete transactions
- Deal with requisitions and post-completion formalities
