The Team

Our clients residential property team is expanding and seeking experienced conveyancers who are motivated not merely by role security, but by professional contribution and progression. The culture is collaborative, ambitious, and supportive, with a strong emphasis on:

The Role

This is an end-to-end residential conveyancing position with hands-on responsibility from day one. Our client will also look at conveyancers at all levels, senior conveyancers can be fully remote.

Core Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Conduct new build and shared ownership transactions
  • Manage remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Exchange contracts and complete transactions
  • Deal with requisitions and post-completion formalities
