You will manage a range of staff and are responsible for monitoring and overseeing the quality of operational work and ensuring the performance of your team. You are a leader within the organisation and are responsible for implementing the organisational business plan within your specified area.
You are a change manager and you play a critical role in cascading information to team members. You are a local ambassador for the organisation and will carry out a range of stakeholder engagement events to ensure that stakeholders understand and are aware of the work of PBNI.
