You will manage a range of staff and are responsible for monitoring and overseeing the quality of operational work and ensuring the performance of your team. You are a leader within the organisation and are responsible for implementing the organisational business plan within your specified area.
You are a change manager and you play a critical role in cascading information to team members. You are a local ambassador for the organisation and will carry out a range of stakeholder engagement events to ensure that stakeholders understand and are aware of the work of PBNI. You may be required to attend local Policing and Community Safety Partnerships and represent PBNI at other fora.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the teams you supervise are compliant with all organisational policies and procedures.
