Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Duties and responsibilities related to the Spa Manager role:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow as well as high levels of guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support with the hiring and supervision of spa colleagues. Organise scheduling, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team delivers excellent services.
  • Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies. Ensure that all necessary items are stocked and available, and coordinate orders and deliveries as needed.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management to support the overall financial health of the spa.

About you:

  • Proven experience in spa management, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills to support the Spa Director and ensure smooth spa operations.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of luxury spa operations and treatments as well as having an excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.
