Trafford Leisure is looking for an outstanding person to join our team in the role of Head Therapist.
Location: Move Altrincham
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week

The Role:
The new spa is state-of-the-art with new and exciting experiences for our customers to relax, pamper, and indulge. The Spa includes wellness experiences consisting of 9 different heat experiences, a Relaxation room, a dedicated nail bar, and four treatment rooms.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Managing and developing the existing team whilst recruiting new team members into the Spa when needed.
- Providing professional treatments and experiences to guests.
- Managing the spa environment and treatment diary.
- Maximising opportunities for guests to enjoy our facilities.
To Be Successful In Your Role, You Must Have:
- In-depth knowledge of treatments.
- Good financial knowledge with the ability to manage costs in line with the Spa budget.
- Able to set targets to ensure the department maximises all sales opportunities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- A professional yet considerate approach, accompanied by enthusiasm and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.

Location: Your primary location will be The Cove Spa Altrincham.
