We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and dedicated Spa Membership Manager to join our team here at the Bvlgari Hotel London.

Job Description

Reporting to the Spa Director, you will establish an exclusive membership base, building strong guest relations and manage an effective retention programme whilst driving and delivering Hotel brand standards. You will drive membership sales maximising all opportunities and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded in accordance with the business plan. This role will act as Duty Manager when assigned as part of the rota created by the Spa Director.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have an operational knowledge and demonstrated expertise of a luxury spa. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your technical skills and flexibility will be what sets you apart. To be successful in your application you will already have experience in a similar role within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets. We encourage a diverse workforce however, you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
