Overview
We are recruiting for a Commercial Insurance Apprentice to be involved in all areas of commercial insurance, supervising day-to-day underwriting operations, adjusting schedules, problem solving and giving a fantastic start to your career. Learn about the industry whilst completing the apprentice programme.
Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling client/insurer underwriting meetings
- Analyse information to communicate with insurers and prepare for client meetings
- Work closely with senior management in department and business unit-wide initiatives
- Develop a strong and collaborative team relationship with other departments
Qualifications
- A Levels or equivalent
- GCSE in English and Maths
- Confidence with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- High level interpersonal skills to build relationships, internally and externally
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders virtually, face to face and in writing
