PBE Axell is a global manufacturer and systems integrator of electronic safety products and data and communication infrastructure serving the Mining, Tunnelling, Construction, and associated industries.
Duration: Initially a 3-month contract (with potential to extend) on either fixed term contract or hourly rate.
Reporting To: CEO & working closely with VP Corporate Development (UK) and global sales teams.
Location: based in the UK with travel to the US and supporting globally. Alternatively, this role can be based in the US (can be Charlotte office or US remote) with travel to the UK and supporting globally.
The role is strategic as well as tactical so they need to be hands-on and delivery focused.
Primary Objective: Develop and align brand, digital presence, marketing communications, marketing infrastructure and trade show execution to support PBE Axell growth in North American and Global markets.
- Brand & Positioning: Develop brand, brand credibility and market positioning, for both the company and major product lines. Define and refine brand messaging and market/product differentiation, for both the company and major product lines. Align product value propositions with buyer priorities. Create sales-ready messaging and collateral templates.
- Website & Digital Presence: Develop/design PBE Axell website (image, content etc) & launch updated website. Audit structure and content clarity. Redesign site architecture for usability and impact. Rewrite technical and product content. Website effectiveness and inbound lead generation.
- Trade Show & Sales Enablement: Drive & support trade shows globally (all product lines). Design and modernise booth messaging and visuals to maximise impact. Develop standardised collateral, materials and spec sheets to drive sales enablement. Implement lead capture and follow-up workflows. Create an event playbook for internal teams.
- Lead Generation Infrastructure: Align marketing with the sales process. Implement campaign and content framework.
