Area Sales Manager We are a leading distributor and manufacturers of industrial chemicals. We have an extensive network of strategically located depots providing a fast nationwide delivery service. In the Transport and Industrial sector, we are one of the UK`s leading manufacturers of AdBlue and offer a comprehensive portfolio of ancillary products. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, we are currently looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to cover the Midlands/South West regions. About the job As an Area Sales Manager, you will be managing and developing the current customer portfolio. A key focus will be identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive business expansion – Achieving and exceeding sales targets in line with annual budgets. Negotiation of pricing and contractual terms, ensuring agreements are beneficial to both parties is essential. Actively managing customer developments, ensuring that any changes in their needs are promptly addressed. Working closely with internal team and company departments to deliver exceptional customer service. What we need from you * Previous sales experience in Commercial Vehicle industry, or Fuel and Oil products * Confidence to find new business opportunities and influencing skills with the ability to convert to sales * Excellent customer and account management skills to build long lasting relationships * Professionalism, with a commitment to adhering to process and procedure * Strong communication skills, knowledge of CRM tools and PC literate in Word, Excel and Outlook You will have a desire to exceed an OTE and earn £3,000+.
