What you will do:
- Speak to candidates every day
- Build relationships in a defined market
- Use LinkedIn and internal systems to map talent
- Support live roles and generate candidate pipelines
This is a candidate-led role. Not admin.
What happens next:
- You start on the candidate side.
- As you build confidence and market knowledge, you move into client work and then into running your own desk.
Real examples:
- Consultant joined as a resourcer. Now billing £200k+
- Another followed the same path. Now consistently £180k to £220k.
