This isn’t a business where deals disappear into layers or commission gets reshaped mid-year. I’m working with a Leeds-based tech recruitment business turning over £5m+ with a small, experienced team. They’re not filling a seat. They’ll move when they meet the right person.

The role

  • You’ll run your own desk across software, cloud, data and digital.
  • There are existing client relationships in the business and you’ll have access to them. But the expectation is that you build alongside that, not rely on it.
  • Take ownership of relationships.
  • Manage the full process without needing direction.

Small team. People who know what they’re doing. You’re trusted to get on with it and to raise the level, not just maintain it. You’ll have visibility, autonomy and the chance to shape your own market rather than work within someone else’s.
